By accessing or using Payvoo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Payvoo is a payment and business management platform that enables merchants to accept payments, manage subscriptions, and grow their business. Payment processing is powered by Stripe.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Processing

Payments processed through Payvoo are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payvoo charges a platform fee on transactions processed through the Service. You agree to complete identity verification as required by Stripe and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Payvoo for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. Payvoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Fees

Payvoo charges a platform fee on every transaction. Additional fees may apply based on your subscription plan. All fees are described on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payvoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
